As of Sunday, January 4th, 2015, The SEED MD network will operate under a new web filter. Many of the problems and headaches that you may have experienced with the old web filter have been eliminated. For instructions on how to authenticate your account and browse the web, please see below

 


If you are connecting to the internet from a SEED MD issued laptop or desktop computer, your account should automatically authenticate with no additional steps needed. Open a web browser and begin surfing the internet as you would normally. If you have any problems at all connecting to the internet (from a SEED MD issued computer), please contact the IT department for further assistance

 

If you are browsing the internet with an ipad, iphone, android device, or a personal laptop, please see the following instructions:

 

Manual Authentication Instructions

 

1. If you are prompted with this screen on your device when connecting to the internet, enter your SEED MD username and password to manually authenticate your account.


 

 

 

4. Click Log In


If you are not prompted by the above screen automatically when you are connected to the internet and cannot access a website then pull up your 

internet browser and in the address bar put in the following URL, http://lsaccess.me/login and when the above image pops up do steps 1-4


Finally, if you are unable to access a website that you feel should be unlocked, please submit the desired site via the website request form. (Please use your SEED MD email for “email address”.)
