On February 9th, 2015, The SEED School of Maryland will be migrating to a new IT support ticket system, called Freshdesk. This new ticket system will offer you a much easier and streamlined experience when making IT support requests.

 

How to Create a New IT Support Request Ticket:

 

 

1. For ALL things IT related: e-mail your request to support@seedmdit.freshdesk.com using your SEED MD email account. Use the subject line as the topic of your request, and the body of the email as the description.

 

2. After you click send, an IT support ticket will be automatically generated in our Freshdesk ticket queue. Our responses and solutions to your ticket will appear as replies to your email, just like any other email conversation.


You can also view an open ticket (including any responses, notes, or solutions) inside the SEED MD Freshdesk Portal (seedmdit.freshdesk.com.) Additionally, you can create new tickets from scratch inside the portal, if you prefer an alternative to the email method. To do so, please click the link below for instructions:

(FYI: As of February 9th 2015, School Dude IT support tickets will be discontinued. All IT support tickets that are currently active in School Dude have been transferred and re-created in Fresh Desk. Please continue to use School Dude when making maintenance/facilities requests.)
